Real estate transactions require confidentiality. We instruct all our surveyors to direct any on-site questions to our main office, where we ensure that no confidential information is released. Your privacy is our top priority.

ALTA/NSPS SURVEYS

We provide land title surveys for commercial, industrial, and multi-family real estate. We cover nine states in the western U.S.: Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Hawaii.

DESIGN SURVEY

We work with developers, architects and engineers to ensure a complete, accurate and on-time design survey. With one surveyor assigned to your project from start to finish, we ensure an efficient and cost-effective survey to match your budget and schedule.

OTHER SERVICES

Duryea & Associates also provides Subdivision & Condominium Surveys, Flood Studies, and Cell Tower Surveys throughout our service area.

SFID MAPPING

We work with school districts in California for their survey needs during the school facility improvement district process (SFID). We know the regulations and documentation requirements, and we work to make sure our survey is complete, on-time, and within budget.

Since 1993, Duryea & Associates has provided professional land surveying and mapping services, applying the highest standards for professional and personal ethics. We have an extensive service area throughout the Western United States, licensed in California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana.

We are a small firm with in-house staff, assigning one point-of-contact for the field work and mapping for our projects. This personalized service provides our clients with timely responses, accurate surveys, and work they can trust.

We’re also committed to our community. We believe that it is our responsibility to help create a better community in which to live, work, and play. We donate time and money to local causes and encourage our staff, clients, and associates to do the same. Find us volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America, outside hiking or canoeing, or working with our church congregations.
